About the Role
Komaro Group, a leading Nigerian conglomerate in the hospitality and lifestyle sectors, is seeking talented and professional VIP Lounge Bartenders to join our expanding team in Warri, Effurun, and Lagos. In this role, you will cater to high-profile clientele, crafting exceptional beverages while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, luxury, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide range of standard and bespoke cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages to VIP guests.
- Deliver personalized, attentive, and discreet customer service upholding our luxury brand standards.
- Maintain accurate beverage inventory, perform stock control duties, and ensure strict sales accountability.
- Keep the bar area, lounge equipment, and glassware impeccably clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with floor staff and management to ensure seamless event execution and VIP guest satisfaction.
- Minimum of SSCE/WAEC qualification; OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management or a related field is an added advantage.
- Possession of a recognized bartending or mixology certificate will be strongly prioritized.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in bartending, high-end VIP lounge operations, or upscale beverage service.
- Proficiency in modern cocktail preparation techniques and comprehensive beverage knowledge.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer-relation skills with a professional personal presentation.
