About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Restaurant Manager to lead our daily dining operations and deliver consistently high standards of food and beverage service in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will champion operational excellence, manage a dynamic team, maintain impeccable guest satisfaction, and support overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily service routines, including opening and closing, guest flow, seating, and dining room readiness.
- Supervise, train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff to build a culture of high performance and teamwork.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively engaging with guests and resolving feedback promptly.
- Monitor daily sales targets, control food and beverage costs, and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and food hygiene standards across all shifts.
- Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven restaurant management or supervisory experience within the hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and POS systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
