In this role, you will play a crucial part in telling our brand story, highlighting our real estate projects, and connecting with our target audience through compelling visual media.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, website, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Produce engaging content showcasing real estate properties, client testimonials, and company milestones.
- Manage end-to-end video production, including lighting, audio recording, camera operation, and post-production editing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content strategies aligned with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, video editing techniques, and social media best practices to maximize audience engagement.
- Maintain and organize all production equipment and digital media assets efficiently.
- Proven professional experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or similar creative role, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional videography, storytelling, and editing skills.
- Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, audio, and camera operations.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
