About the Role

Headquartered with operations rooted in Warri and Effurun, Delta State, and expanding into Lagos, our group emphasizes structured corporate governance and asset-backed growth. In this dual-capacity role, you will be the voice and creative engine of our brands, crafting compelling visual narratives while ensuring exceptional guest and customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- Produce engaging, high-quality photo and video content tailored for various social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and execute creative brand storytelling initiatives that align with Komaro Group's diverse business sectors.
- Manage daily customer inquiries, feedback, and guest relations professionally across digital channels and on-site locations.
- Coordinate content scheduling and maintain an active, consistent online presence to drive audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote corporate milestones, lifestyle offerings, and hospitality services.
- Monitor customer sentiment and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery and brand perception.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience in content creation, customer relations, or a combined similar role.
- Proficiency in capturing and editing photo and video content for digital marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Keen creativity, high attention to detail, and a solid understanding of modern social media trends.
- Familiarity with social media management and content scheduling tools will be an added advantage.
