About the Role
Genade Homes is a forward-thinking real estate development company dedicated to building sustainable, eco-friendly urban communities across emerging African markets. We are currently looking for a dynamic and camera-confident NYSC Corps member currently serving in Abuja to join our creative team as a Content Creator for their Primary Assignment (PPA). In this exciting, on-camera role, you will serve as the primary face of our brand, connecting our exceptional properties with audiences across multiple digital channels.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary on-camera face of Genade Homes across all official social media platforms.
- Present properties dynamically in concept videos, virtual tours, promotional campaigns, and brand features.
- Deliver engaging, scroll-stopping presentations tailored for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative concepts for trending social media content that drives audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader media team to assist with basic video editing and graphic design tasks.
- Must be a currently serving NYSC corps member based in Abuja, actively seeking a suitable PPA.
- Exceptional on-camera presence with high confidence, expressiveness, and natural charisma.
- Prior experience in creating on-camera content for personal or brand social media pages.
- Strong verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends, viral formats, and digital platforms.
- Ability to work fully on-site at our office located in Durumi, Abuja.
- Gain hands-on professional experience in real estate marketing and digital content production.
