About the Role

We are currently recruiting a professional and customer-focused Teller for our client location in Ojatuntun, Ilorin, Kwara State. In this role, you will serve as the face of the institution, ensuring seamless financial transactions while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and security.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, money transfers, and bill payments.
- Manage and balance cash drawers daily while overseeing ATM transactions.
- Recommend and cross-sell diverse banking products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to achieve branch targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing detailed information on financial services.
- Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance policies, and security protocols to prevent fraud and minimize financial losses.
- Possess an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Upper Credit.
- Bring 1 to 2 years of proven experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service environments.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and strong mathematical aptitude.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in modern computer systems.
- Must not be more than 27 years of age.
