About the Role
The Christian Retreat Centre (CRC) in Ikorodu is a modern, purpose-built spiritual oasis. It functions as a hybrid space, beautifully blending a tranquil atmosphere for deep spiritual tracking with the high-quality amenities of a premium resort center. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Housekeeper to join our hospitality team and ensure our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough cleaning duties across guest rooms, common areas, retreat halls, and administrative spaces.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries regularly.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize floors, furniture, and fixtures in accordance with facility hygiene standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and staff uniforms.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, stored, and accounted for after use.
- Provide warm, polite, and professional customer service to all guests and visitors.
- Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or relevant vocational training in hospitality or housekeeping.
- Proven working experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or similar role within a hotel, resort, or guest facility.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a courteous, trustworthy demeanor.
