About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Subsea SURF Lead to provide technical leadership across subsea and SURF engineering, installation readiness, project interfaces, and commissioning support for our expanding energy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Set and maintain the technical basis for assigned subsea and SURF scopes, translating project requirements into controlled deliverables.
- Establish and maintain installation readiness requirements, reviewing methods, documentation, equipment, and personnel interfaces before execution.
- Manage technical interfaces across engineering, fabrication, marine, installation, commissioning, suppliers, and clients.
- Lead timely, evidence-based responses to technical queries, field discoveries, deviations, and proposed design changes.
- Ensure applicable engineering, installation, HSEQ, quality, and technical assurance requirements are consistently applied without compromise.
- Coordinate subsea engineers, installation engineers, and project specialists while providing technical guidance and coaching.
- Bachelor's degree in Subsea Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Ocean Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant engineering and project experience with significant exposure to subsea, SURF, and offshore installation.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading subsea engineering packages, installation activities, commissioning support, and offshore execution.
- Strong knowledge of subsea design, technical assurance, installation readiness, marine interfaces, and change control processes.
