Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and review comprehensive Public Administration curriculum and course materials tailored for online distance learning.
- Create engaging, learner-centric content that promotes critical thinking and practical application in public governance.
- Ensure rigorous quality assurance standards across all assigned course modules and instructional resources.
- Integrate modern educational technology and AI-driven tools to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and multimedia teams to produce interactive e-learning experiences.
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a closely related relevant field (Master's degree or Ph.D. is strongly preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching, lecturing, or academic content creation within the tertiary education sector.
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills with deep subject matter expertise in public administration and governance.
- Exceptional quality assurance skills with a solid understanding of curriculum development frameworks.
