About the Role
Moniepoint Inc. is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a talented Senior Videographer to join our dynamic production pod. In this role, you will own the entire video production lifecycle—from initial concept through to final delivery—while maintaining the highest standards of visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Execute end-to-end video craft by personally shooting and editing assigned projects to studio standards, rather than delegating or outsourcing.
- Manage direct stakeholder communication and project timelines, proactively identifying and flagging risks before deadlines slip.
- Contribute fresh creative concepts and innovative video formats to elevate production craft standards across the studio.
- Provide craft mentorship and collaborate seamlessly as a peer-level senior creator within our production pod.
- 4 to 6+ years of professional experience in video production, accompanied by a strong portfolio reel demonstrating self-shot and self-edited work.
- Proven track record of direct, proactive stakeholder management, particularly in high-pressure delivery environments.
- Exceptional storytelling instincts across diverse formats, including documentaries, talking-head interviews, corporate events, and executive content.
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and adaptability within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
