About the Role
Alan & Grant is a leading Human Resources and Business Advisory firm dedicated to delivering impactful client solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Lead to act as our senior technical authority and a key revenue-generating leader. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Business Development to win, shape, and deliver profitable critical power solutions while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, safety, and target profit margins across all operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary technical authority on AC and DC power systems, including rectifiers, UPS, inverters, batteries, AVRs, ATS, and electrical panels.
- Own and drive revenue, pipeline, and gross margin targets for technically led opportunities alongside Business Development.
- Plan and direct the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of critical power equipment and facilities.
- Lead complex sales pursuits end-to-end, from site assessments and technical presentations to successful negotiation and contract close.
- Mentor, manage, and evaluate field engineers, establishing high standards of technical competence, safety compliance, and operational governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Power Engineering; an MBA or postgraduate business qualification is an added advantage.
- 10 to 15 years of experience in critical power or electrical infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of carrying personal revenue targets and closing large technical deals within banking or telecoms sectors.
- Strong expertise in project costing, pricing, contract risk management, and CRM software utilization.
- COREN registration, PMP/PRINCE2, HSE, and relevant OEM certifications are highly desirable.
