Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated marketing and creative projects across the market.
- Drive operational excellence within the Business Unit to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain strong client satisfaction through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Support sustainable revenue growth by optimizing project workflows and resource allocation.
- Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Professional Diploma in Project Management will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in BTL or advertising agencies.
- Strong project management and cross-functional team leadership skills.
- Deep knowledge of current market conditions and agency operations.
