Key Responsibilities- Participate in a rigorous 24-month program across five distinct tracks to gain a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain business.
- Complete two six-month rotational placements outside your chosen division during Year One, working with dedicated supervisors on real deliverables.
- Transition into your specialized division during Year Two, partnering with a senior mentor to own measurable business outcomes.
- Engage in various aspects of supply chain operations including raw material sourcing, inventory management, freight coordination, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize chemical distribution processes and enhance last-mile delivery efficiency.
- Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills suited for a dynamic corporate environment.
- Exhibit high adaptability and eagerness to learn across multiple facets of integrated supply chain management.
