About the Role
Dalal Steel LTD is a premier, one-stop shop for comprehensive steel manufacturing, providing all steel building products and accessories under one roof to meet every customer need. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our growing operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality structural steel projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to strict safety and quality standards across our sites in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination for PEB and structural steel projects.
- Supervise steel structure erection processes and manage daily site operations efficiently.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Review and interpret complex structural and erection drawings to guide site execution.
- Enforce rigorous quality control protocols, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, and conduct regular site inspections.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges proactively while maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in PEB and Structural Steel projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in steel structure erection, site management, and project scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and erection drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control measures, HSE standards, and regulatory site inspections.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior working experience in the Nigerian construction or manufacturing sector is a distinct advantage.
