Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical training in Psychology to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Conduct high-impact research and publish findings in reputable local and international peer-reviewed journals.
- Provide robust academic and administrative leadership within the School of Social Sciences.
- Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring alignment with current industry standards and academic best practices.
- Mentor junior faculty members and participate actively in departmental and university committees.
- Must possess a Ph.D. in Psychology from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of six (6) years of post-qualification, full-time teaching and research experience in a tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated track record of academic excellence, administrative leadership, and continuous professional development.
