About the Role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate operating across the hospitality, lifestyle, consumer goods, and energy support sectors with operations in Delta State and Lagos. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping department, ensure impeccable hygiene standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our hospitality properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all housekeeping staff, delegate daily tasks, and ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
- Conduct thorough daily room inspections to guarantee cleanliness, maintenance readiness, and adherence to top-tier hygiene protocols.
- Manage linen control, laundry operations, and comprehensive inventory tracking for cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping personnel to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Prepare regular operational reports regarding inventory levels, staff performance, and maintenance requirements for management review.
- OND, HND, or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in hotel housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern sanitation, safety regulations, and inventory control.
