About the Role
The Dangote Group is seeking a skilled Project Analyst to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of high-impact IT and business projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collect, analyze, and report project performance data, KPIs, and variances to management.
- Identify, document, and monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies while developing mitigation strategies.
- Track project expenditures, budget utilization, and vendor management processes.
- Facilitate seamless communication and documentation between technical teams, project managers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid frameworks.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, analysis, or management support.
- Hands-on experience with IT, digital transformation, ERP, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
- Relevant professional certifications like CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile Fundamentals are a strong advantage.
