Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude, responding promptly to inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Actively monitor pool activity to prevent accidents, enforce safety regulations, and promote safe swimming practices for all guests.
- Respond rapidly and effectively to water emergencies, executing rescue operations and administering first aid or CPR as required by the emergency action plan.
- Maintain a pristine, safe, and hygienic pool environment by conducting regular inspections and performing routine area maintenance.
- Ensure strict compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation standards to guarantee the wellbeing of guests and team members.
- Current certification in CPR, First Aid, and AED use from a recognized organization.
- Demonstrated swimming proficiency and proven competence in advanced water-rescue techniques.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard or working within a hotel aquatic facility is a distinct advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of pool safety rules, emergency response protocols, and potential water hazards.
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional resilience under pressure, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must meet all organizational age, physical fitness requirements, and local regulatory standards for lifeguards.
