Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level academic leadership in curriculum development, course delivery, and innovative teaching methodologies for Human Anatomy.
- Supervise and coordinate undergraduate and postgraduate student research, ensuring rigorous academic standards.
- Lead groundbreaking research initiatives, secure research grants, and maintain a strong publication record in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees, contributing to accreditation and quality assurance activities.
- Mentor junior faculty members and foster a collaborative, intellectually stimulating academic environment.
- Engage in professional networking and uphold the ethical standards of the university and relevant medical regulatory bodies.
- A Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in Human Anatomy or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
- A minimum of twelve (12) years of extensive post-qualification teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
- An impressive, verifiable portfolio of scholarly publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed local and international journals.
- Demonstrated experience in successful postgraduate supervision to completion and academic leadership.
