About the Role

We are currently looking for a driven and strategic Product Manager to spearhead product development and delivery for our expanding UK lending business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our financial technology solutions, driving growth, and ensuring a seamless customer and partner experience in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end product development and delivery specifically tailored for our UK lending operations.
- Coordinate the adaptation of existing technology platforms to meet UK market standards and business goals.
- Design, optimize, and streamline broker onboarding workflows to enhance user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate robust credit underwriting systems.
- Ensure all product features and processes strictly adhere to relevant UK financial and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature innovation.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital lending, credit product management, or the broader fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting processes, loan management systems, and financial regulations.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing digital financial products from conception to delivery.
