About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Product Manager Intern to join our team, with an initial focus on our Loans and Credit squad. Key Responsibilities- Support the product operations team in daily tasks and cross-functional project execution.
- Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new features meet quality standards before deployment.
- Investigate, document, and track product issues or bugs in collaboration with the engineering and QA teams.
- Document existing and new product workflows, user journeys, and functional requirements.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market research to support product enhancement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience, highly open to recent university graduates and final-year students.
- Basic understanding of product management principles, software development lifecycles, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for the fintech and financial services industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-moving startup environment.
