Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum and Nigerian educational standards.
- Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that caters to the diverse learning needs of all students.
- Assess, record, and report on the academic progress, development, and behavioral growth of pupils.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school management to support student welfare and achievement.
- Participate in continuous professional development, school events, extracurricular activities, and staff meetings.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Bachelor’s degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Demonstrated prior experience teaching in primary or early years education, preferably within a structured or international school setting.
- Familiarity with or direct experience teaching the hybrid British and Nigerian curricula is a distinct advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum, as Roemichs is an official Cambridge Associate School.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills with a genuine passion for child development.
