Key Responsibilities- Teach core subjects in accordance with the school's approved curriculum and learning objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes, interactive teaching materials, meaningful assignments, and fair assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Participate in school meetings, professional development workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Possession of an NCE, OND, HND, or B.Ed Degree in Education or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency in good communication and strong classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage young learners and adapt teaching styles to diverse learning needs.
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized primary school setting will be an added advantage.
