About the Role
Genesis Group, a premier Nigerian catering, hospitality, and entertainment conglomerate, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outlet, managing staff performance, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards, and driving profitability. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, control inventory, and implement cost-effective strategies to drive profitability.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate outlet staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations across all service areas.
- Resolve customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Prepare regular operational reports for senior management detailing sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Possess a relevant Bachelor's degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in outlet management within the hospitality, entertainment, or food and beverage industry.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Proficiency in using hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
