About the Role
Komaro Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate operating across hospitality, lifestyle, consumer goods, and energy support sectors. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Night Duty Manager to oversee our nocturnal hotel operations in Delta State (Warri and Effurun). In this vital role, you will ensure seamless service delivery, maintain strict asset security, and uphold our commitment to structured corporate governance and exceptional guest experiences during night hours.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily nocturnal hotel operations and supervise all night-shift departmental staff.
- Maintain exceptional guest-relations standards, promptly resolving any complaints or challenges.
- Monitor security protocols, facility safety, and asset protection throughout the night.
- Review and compile operational reports, service standards compliance, and staff discipline records.
- Coordinate inter-departmental activities and appropriately escalate critical operational issues to senior management.
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- OND holders with substantial, proven relevant hotel supervisory experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a strong customer-first mindset.
