Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive Literature-in-English lessons aligned with the approved academic curriculum.
- Encourage critical thinking and deep analytical skills through lively classroom discussions, essay writing, and literary analysis.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Incorporate moral values and entrepreneurial mindset principles into daily classroom interactions.
- Participate in school extracurricular activities, literary clubs, and cultural events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance curriculum delivery and student performance.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as B.A. or B.Sc. in English, Literature, Education, or an HND equivalent.
- Proven teaching experience in Literature-in-English or a related educational role.
