As a Lecturer I in Medical Laboratory Science, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and professional development of our students within the Faculty of Allied and Health Science.

• Deliver engaging undergraduate lectures, practical laboratory sessions, and seminars in Medical Laboratory Science courses.
• Conduct high-impact research, publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and contribute to the academic body of knowledge.
• Supervise undergraduate research projects, dissertations, and student internships.
• Participate in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and faculty committee assignments.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students to support their holistic development.

Candidates applying for this academic vacancy must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a PhD degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification, full-time relevant teaching and research experience in a recognized tertiary institution.
• Have a minimum of eight (8) scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed local and international journals.
• Show evidence of active academic engagement, strong communication skills, and professional dedication.
