Key Responsibilities- Oversee and optimize overall daily business operations to drive efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans, aligning organizational resources prudently to meet business needs.
- Lead, motivate, and manage diverse cross-functional teams, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
- Apply data-driven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to make sound operational and financial decisions.

- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration or a related relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience as a General Manager in a structured organization.
- Prior work experience within the manufacturing or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen with familiarity in accounting or HR software systems.
