About the Role
Smartflow Technologies Limited is Nigeria's foremost Flow and Level Automation company, delivering premium and cost-effective engineering solutions across diverse sectors including Oil & Gas, Agriculture, and Logistics. We are currently looking for a dedicated Fuel Pump Technician to join our dynamic technical team and ensure optimal performance of our clients' fueling equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Installation and maintenance of retail filling station equipment and dispensing systems.
- Identify and resolve technical issues using diagnostic techniques and specialized tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing clear explanations and effective solutions.
- Resolve technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior technicians or experts when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment issues, applied solutions, and customer interactions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks proactively to prevent future technical downtime.
- Provide timely and appropriate activity reports to supervisors and interface regularly with team leads and the head of unit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry advancements.
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on technical experience.
- Prior experience with dispensing pumps and electric motors will be a distinct added advantage.
- Must possess excellent communication, cognitive, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good working knowledge of relevant Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
