Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products and design routines.
- Evaluate and review engineering design drawings and documents performed by contractors and sub-contractors.
- Identify, assess, and process deviations to contract technical specifications, maintaining an accurate Deviation Control Log.
- Communicate effectively among internal and external teams to address issues impacting design, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Steward discipline engineering queries and technical information requests from contractors.
- Keep the Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of project progress, execution concerns, and potential bottlenecks.
- Participate actively in discipline engineering reviews at contractor and subcontractor locations.
- Drive capital efficiency in engineering design and support internal Global Practice initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering specialty.
- Strong working knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequently changing priorities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of software programs for reporting and documentation.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong technical and business communication skills.
