In this role, you will deliver engaging, practical, and project-based STEM lessons that blend a rigorous British Curriculum with a forward-thinking, tech-driven framework designed to nurture young creators, inventors, and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver inspiring Mathematics and Engineering lessons aligned with the school's innovative curriculum.
- Design practical, hands-on, project-based activities that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
- Seamlessly integrate modern technology and real-world applications into daily classroom instruction.
- Break down complex mathematical and engineering concepts into clear, digestible lessons for students of diverse learning abilities.
- Assess student progress continuously and deliver constructive, supportive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed student-centred learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues on school-wide STEM projects, extracurricular events, and ongoing curriculum development.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mechatronics, or Chemical), or a closely related field.
- Exceptional subject matter expertise with a demonstrated talent for explaining complex topics clearly.
- Proven ability to facilitate interactive, project-based STEM education.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency in integrating educational technology into teaching.
