About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of technical staffing, outsourcing, and inspection services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Digital Log Assistant and Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and support critical engineering and operational workflows through precise data management and archiving.
Key Responsibilities- Digitize sepia and transparent logs using Neuralog professional log digitizing software.
- Scan, digitize, and securely store legacy paper logs and technical documents.
- Coordinate incoming correspondence and outgoing documents efficiently from the Manager's office.
- Perform rigorous verification and quality control on all scanned or digitized logs prior to database loading.
- Maintain uniform bar-coding systems for logs, reports, and documents adhering to Total Group archiving specifications.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with strict health, safety, and quality assurance standards.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sciences or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience as a Log Digitizer and Archivist.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional command of the English language with strong report-writing capabilities.
