About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Unisup BW Support Officer to join our dynamic team and drive excellence in our enterprise reporting systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the availability, smooth operation, and synchronization of SAP BW and BI4 systems (FB4, FB8, and FBT) with ECC systems.
- Assist end-users with queries, identify reporting needs, and deliver comprehensive BW and BI training.
- Maintain systems through data loading from R3, incident management, and error correction on failed process chains.
- Conduct General Ledger monthly balance reconciliations between BW and ECC to guarantee data correctness.
- Manage user access, role authorizations, and license clean-ups while maintaining quality standards.
- Escalate system regressions and coordinate support services over weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience with extensive understanding of SAP BW/BI reporting.
- SAP BW/BI solutions consultant certification, alongside knowledge of functional modules such as FI, SCM, PM, or RLM.
- Proven experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
- Exceptional data analytical skills coupled with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluent in English with a commitment to compliance and company codes of conduct.
