We are currently looking for a driven and analytical Graduate Trainee Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to join our growing team in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct remote site monitoring of all ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging), FMS (Fuel Management Systems), and fuel pumps.
- Generate and submit daily tank level reports to ensure real-time stock visibility and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate calibration charts upon receiving raw data from the field.
- Create and submit Requests for Purchase Orders when site stock hits the established reorder level.
- Deliver Proof of Delivery documentation within 24 hours following the collection of Fuel Receipt Notes and LPOs.
- Compile and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly fuel transaction reports.
- Produce detailed monthly fuel consumption reports to aid strategic operational planning.
- Create monthly maintenance reports to support system reliability and regulatory compliance.
- Update and track calibration milestones across all relevant company systems.
- Strictly adhere to all company occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Management, or any related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a Business Intelligence or analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern data reporting tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reports simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
