About the Role
Komaro Group, a diversified Nigerian conglomerate operating across hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer goods, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Day Duty Manager for our hospitality operations in Delta State (Warri and Effurun). In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless daily operations, exceptional guest satisfaction, and adherence to our rigorous corporate governance and service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day hotel operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service delivery.
- Supervise, train, and mentor operational staff across various hotel departments.
- Manage guest relations, addressing feedback and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor departmental performance, enforce staff discipline, and generate comprehensive operational reports.
- Lodge and escalate critical operational issues to senior management as appropriate.
- HND or BSc in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- OND holders with substantial relevant experience in hotel operations will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in hotel operations, with proven supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
