About the Role
Morning Star Crest, a leading logistics and import-export business, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lagos. In this role, you will be the vital link between our brand and our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while actively converting leads into paying customers. Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other designated communication channels.
- Provide accurate, comprehensive information regarding our import, export, and logistics services.
- Drive sales growth by following up with potential customers and successfully converting inquiries into paying clients.
- Manage and de-escalate situations involving difficult customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meet assigned sales targets.
- Minimum of OND/HND or equivalent qualification with a proven track record in customer service, sales, banking, telecommunications, or logistics.
- Applicant must reside within the Idimu-Ikotun axis or surrounding areas in Lagos State.
- Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with confidence in making outbound follow-up calls.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and active familiarity with WhatsApp for business communication.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while meeting daily sales targets.
