About the Role

We are currently looking for a strategic Change Management Lead to support our Nigerian affiliate in driving impactful digital and innovation initiatives from our Lagos and Port Harcourt hubs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Design & Innovation Leader in developing comprehensive change management plans aligned with project milestones and business objectives.
- Conduct thorough impact, stakeholder, and user-readiness assessments to identify operational risks and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate effective communication plans, audience mapping, and engagement activities with project sponsors, change champions, and end-users.
- Facilitate role-based training, digital literacy programs, and capability-building initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new digital solutions.
- Manage community networks, communication platforms, and innovation facilities in Lagos and Port Harcourt to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Facilitate ideation workshops and innovation events such as hackathons, seminars, and boot camps to generate high-value digital initiatives.
- Monitor adoption indicators, track user feedback, and prepare insightful reports for senior leadership to evaluate project success.
- University degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 4 years of professional industry experience.
- Deep strategic understanding of innovation management, digital transformation, Agile methodology, and change communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal, relationship management, and written or verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities, meticulous time management, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
