About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded Business & Performance Analyst to support our Sales & Marketing function by providing actionable insights and evaluating market trends to drive strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business performance reports.
- Develop dashboards to track key performance indicators, including OTIF delivery, sales forecasts, and truck residency.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis covering market share, industry trends, and customer behaviour.
- Translate business and market data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across Risk Management, SAP, Finance, and Sales to support operational requirements.
- Benchmark business performance against industry competitors and track progress on improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Research, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 9 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis or market research.
- Strong proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research techniques, alongside data analysis tools.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Industry knowledge of cement manufacturing dynamics is a distinct advantage.
