Key Responsibilities- Lead comprehensive requirement-gathering sessions and workshops with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRSs), use cases, user stories, process models, and data maps.
- Validate functional requirements with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Perform detailed gap and impact analysis for system change requests or enhancement initiatives.
- Facilitate solution walkthroughs, UAT planning, and formal sign-off meetings.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements from initial project kickoff through testing and deployment.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating promptly while proposing continuous process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile-related credentials are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working on structured projects within FSI, Telecommunications, or enterprise environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and multi-project coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of Business Analysis methodologies, requirements lifecycles, and modeling standards.
- Familiarity with business process reengineering, data analysis, and BI reporting structures.
