Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical and logistical execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise the conduct of examinations actively to prevent any form of malpractice or academic dishonesty.
- Assist in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials and documentation.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each session.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution with relevant professional or academic experience.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision, proctoring, or invigilation within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Taraba State to ensure prompt and reliable attendance.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based platforms and CBT software.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills under pressure.
- Demonstrated high level of personal integrity, trustworthiness, and strict attention to duty.
