About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking a diligent and reliable Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor to join our team in Suleja, Niger State. In this vital temporary role, you will uphold the highest standards of academic integrity by ensuring that computer-based tests and traditional assessments are conducted smoothly, fairly, and in strict compliance with institutional guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) exams and overall examination environments to ensure a seamless process.
- Ensure strict adherence to all university examination rules, regulations, and guidelines by candidates.
- Supervise and actively monitor the conduct of examinations to proactively prevent malpractice and irregularities.
- Assist in the secure distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive, accurate reports on exam conduct and attendance to management promptly.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution with relevant technical experience.
- Prior demonstrable experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution environment.
- Must be currently resident in Suleja, Niger State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in operating web-based platforms and CBT software.
- Exceptional organizational, observational, and time-management skills.
