About the Role
Iconic Open University, a premier institution licensed by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor / Supervisor. Based in Zuru, Kebbi State, this temporary role is vital in ensuring our Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations are conducted smoothly, fairly, and in strict compliance with academic standards. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and oversee Computer-Based Test (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to all university examination rules, guidelines, and protocols by candidates.
- Supervise the conduct of examinations actively to prevent and deter any form of malpractice.
- Assist efficiently in the distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive reports on the conduct and outcome of examinations to the university authorities.
- A minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized institution coupled with relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a tertiary institution.
- Must be currently resident in Zuru, Kebbi State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in operating web-based platforms and digital testing environments.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
