About the Role
Iconic Open University, a fully licensed private open and distance learning institution by the National Universities Commission (NUC), is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Ad-Hoc Examination Proctor and Supervisor. In this temporary role based in Gboko, Benue State, you will play a crucial part in maintaining academic integrity and ensuring the smooth administration of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations for our distance learning students.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor Computer-Based Testing (CBT) examinations to ensure seamless technical execution.
- Ensure strict adherence to university examination rules, policies, and guidelines by all candidates.
- Supervise the examination hall actively to prevent any form of malpractice or academic dishonesty.
- Assist in the efficient distribution, management, and collection of examination materials.
- Compile and submit comprehensive incident and conduct reports to the university administration after each session.
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree from a recognized and accredited tertiary institution.
- Demonstrated prior experience in examination supervision or proctoring within a higher education setting.
- Must be currently resident in Gboko, Benue State.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based operating systems and CBT platforms.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and strict attention to duty.
