About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Workforce Business Partner (North East) to serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning our people strategy with overarching business priorities to foster a culture of high performance and inclusion across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that drive capability, performance, and talent retention.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure optimal team structures and talent placement.
- Coach leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and Independent Contractor engagement to strengthen team culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce relations matters, ensuring fair and business-aligned resolutions in collaboration with the COE.
- Analyze people data and insights to present data-driven recommendations and champion impactful change management strategies.
- 2 to 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory capacity within fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of core HR functions including performance management, talent relations, and organizational design.
- Proven ability to leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business results.
- Experience supporting technical or commercial business units within the fintech, banking, or technology sector is highly preferred.
