About the Role
Aquatix Pharmaceutical Industry, a fast-growing and ambitious enterprise based in Ikeja, Lagos, has been providing high-quality pharmaceutical formulations at affordable prices to the Nigerian market since 2008. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to join our dynamic team and ensure the seamless management of our inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, identify, and document incoming materials and pharmaceutical products accurately.
- Maintain precise inventory records using Microsoft Excel and approved warehouse management systems.
- Prepare comprehensive stock reports, inventory summaries, and reconciliation records.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods under specified conditions.
- Issue materials to production departments efficiently based on approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels, batch numbers, expiry dates, and material status labels meticulously.
- Ensure proper segregation of approved, quarantined, rejected, and returned materials.
- Conduct routine physical stock counts and investigate any inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure strict compliance with GMP and GSP requirements.
- Report damaged stock and other warehouse-related issues to management in a timely manner.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for inventory management, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse documentation.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Storage Practice (GSP).
- Exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Prior experience with specialized inventory management software will be an added advantage.
