About the Role
Zoom Exclusive Dental Care is Nigeria’s fastest-growing dental clinic, with state-of-the-art locations in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. We are currently seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for prospective and existing patients, helping them access top-tier dental care by promoting our comprehensive services, answering inquiries, and securing appointment bookings.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently to engage prospective and existing dental patients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via telephone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Promote the clinic’s diverse dental services, treatment options, and specialized packages.
- Convert inquiries and prospective leads into confirmed appointments and actual patient visits across our branches.
- Follow up consistently with prospective patients who have not completed bookings or attended scheduled visits.
- Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, leads, appointments, and conversions using the company’s CRM or PRM system.
- Coordinate appointment schedules seamlessly with the relevant clinic branches in Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive daily and monthly activity reports to management.
- Achieve and surpass assigned monthly patient acquisition and conversion targets.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field with proven telesales or inside sales experience.
- Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive patient relationships.
- Ability to multitask, manage numerous inquiries simultaneously, and work with minimal supervision.
