About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance, audit management, and strategic tax advisory activities. In this critical role, you will ensure full regulatory compliance, mitigate tax exposures, and drive tax efficiency across our expansive business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a comprehensive tax compliance calendar to ensure the timely fulfillment of all statutory obligations.
- Coordinate multi-tax filings and remittances, including CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, and Transfer Pricing.
- Manage complex tax audits, reviews, and reconciliations with Federal and State tax authorities.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to structure business transactions for optimal tax efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and automation across tax reporting and general ledger reconciliations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Law, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Mandatory professional qualification such as ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CITN, or CTA.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant tax compliance and audit experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector or a Big Four advisory firm.
- Proven expertise in managing tax authority audits, contract reviews, and ERP systems such as SAP.
