Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes and collaborate with departmental managers to identify required skills and competencies for open roles.
- Update existing recruitment procedures and develop innovative new workflows to streamline hiring.
- Build comprehensive reports and dashboards to measure recruitment performance and track key metrics.
- Oversee accurate HRIS data management and evaluate recruitment software solutions to meet company needs.
- Conduct monthly meetings with operations department leads and perform outstation visits to align on staffing requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and employment law.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in a similar Talent Management or recruitment role.
- Relevant professional HR certifications.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and professional social media networks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and time-management abilities.
