About the Role
Uncle Stan's Foods, Lagos's premier small chops company renowned for our unique finger food taste, is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to support our rapid growth and business operations across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across different departments and business units.
- Source top talent utilizing diverse recruitment platforms, job boards, and professional networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, shortlist qualified candidates, and facilitate structured interviews.
- Coordinate panel interviews, skills assessments, and comprehensive background reference checks.
- Prepare competitive job offer letters and coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Maintain an organized and updated database of prospective candidates for future talent pipelines.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress to ensure timely placement for all open roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Exceptional interviewing, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern recruitment software applications.
