We are currently looking for an exceptional Human Resources Executive to join our team at Strivo Global Ventures. In this role, you will play a vital part in recruiting, managing, and supporting a diverse talent pool across our growing business units. Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end recruitment across all business units, with a strong emphasis on blue-collar and frontline workforce talent.
- Execute rigorous candidate screening, guarantor verification, reference checks, and comprehensive background checks.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding, employment documentation, staff deployment, and timely replacements.
- Manage employee relations, staff welfare, attendance tracking, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
- Prepare accurate payroll inputs, maintain up-to-date employee records, and support payroll reconciliation.
- Handle client management, staffing requests, employee complaints, and overall workforce coordination.
- Maintain precise HR databases, active recruitment pipelines, and detailed workforce reports.
- Ensure HR compliance, support training programs, manage employee exits, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Supervise and mentor an HR Intern and Operations Support staff to ensure accountability and timely execution.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in HR, recruitment, or workforce management.
- Demonstrated expertise in blue-collar recruitment, candidate verification, and large-scale staff management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with high integrity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
- Prior experience in recruitment agencies, outsourcing firms, domestic staffing, or workforce-intensive industries is a distinct advantage.
